  : Perfect location for us to see the main features of the City. Short walk to everything, would stay here again as the value was unbeatable. Host was very helpful and provided anything we asked for or needed. He met us there and provided a map of the area and got us extra towels. Best 2 nights visit!
  : Only tough part for us was doing the stairs but the rental value offset the climb. Felt very safe here. Shower was a little tight, if you are overweight you may find this one challenging.

  : The location was exceptional, in the centre with easy access to everything. The appartment was very comfortable, very clean, well equipped and had everything you needed and more.The host was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely stay here and would return. A perfect location for Florence, everything you needed was Literally 50 meters away . The residents who lived there were also very friendly.
  : The electric toilet. It did disturb my sleep, but I am an exceptionally light sleeper. However, I would definatley stay again.

  : The room was clean and neatly furnished. It is super central and offers an excellent starting position to visit the whole city.The host was super friendly and could give us some helpful information about Florence including a map with the highlights of the city and restaurant recommendations.
  : The room was apparently once a larger room and was only separated by a thin wall. This way you can listen to almost every word of the neighbouring apartment and they can also hear our conversations.By the central situation it comes in the morning to somewhat louder delivery traffic. The bathroom is smaller than the photos suggest. The shower curtain was a bit dirty and should be washed.

  : The shower runs out of hot water quickly and the floor is constantly soaked. Worse is the toilet.Not usable at all.

  : The location was very good for getting around Florence by foot and there are a lot of good, reasonably priced places to eat nearby. I was surprised at how close we were to the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi!
  : The apartment is actually three floors up even though I'm pretty sure it states two floors. A bit of a climb if you're not that fit, and there are no elevators, so be prepared for that.

  : Location is perfect. Very close to all the tourist attractions. Despite being so close to all the tourists spots, it was quiet at night.The bed was comfy.
  : I didnt like the adjoining door to the next property behind the curtain. It was never mentioned to us so when I saw it I felt a bit uneasy about it. Didnt know if next door was just able to pop their heads through at any given point. The lady next door did knock on our door on our first night too to tell us something about the lights but not being fluent in Italian, we werent sure what the problem was. Could have done with a bin in the property too. Also the pressure of the water from the shower blasts the shower curtain out of the shower area and soaks the floor. Ended up having to use the towels provided to soak up the soaked floor.
