  : The location is perfect for visting all top Florence tourist sites as well as dwelling into the less tourist-occupied parts of the old town. The apartament is cosy and well equipped.
  : One needs to realize that the apartament is located on the fourth floor with no lift that makes it a challenge for people with heavy siutcases or disabilities.

  : For all 3 mornings starting at 7am, there has been heavy construction in the property above us. This has caused for safety concern with debris falling from the ceiling as well as complete disruption to our sleep. The construction lasts the entire morning and is completely ruining our satisfaction of the stay. Nobody wants to spend their vacation getting woken up so early by loud banging and drilling. I have already filed a complaint with Booking.com. I was not happy with our stay and would like a refund immediately. I will be sending proof to Booking.com. ^^ this was sent directly to staff and they have yet to respond

  : - The location was wonderful, right next to Pallazzo Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery;- The bedrooms were spacious and more than enough for four.
  : - The apartment was located on a fifth floor, with steep stairs to get there.- The television wasn't working on the first day (though it did get fixed the next day) and the wi-fi was terribly slow and disconnected easily;- There was not enough toilet paper for a family of four for the amount of days we were there. There also weren't any coffee pods for the coffee machine nor pods to use in the small dishwasher;- On the day before last I was contacted by the host to set up a time so a maintenance crew could fix the boiler. I thought it was strange because it had been working fine until then and we hadn't reported any issues. I asked if they could come up around 10, because we were planning on checking out between 10 and 11 am. The following day we woke up with heavy construction noises right above us around 8 am. We left for breakfast and came back at 09:50 to find the apartment door open and four men inside the apartment. Only one of them greeted us, while the others continued to look at the boiler. After only just a few minutes, they all went outside the door essentially waiting for us to leave, which was an extremely unpleasant situation. It felt like the boiler situation had been a set-up for us to check-out earlier and allow them to continue with construction.

  : The location was amazing. Uffizi and Piazza della Signiora are really close. The guy who checked us in was really kind.
  : The dish washing machine started leaking and the toilet had a problem because the water kept running. A bedroom had an opening to the building's hallway and whenever someone opened the light there it would enlighten the bedroom. We had to go up 5 floors with our luggage and it was horror.
