  : There was no breakfast included. The location was terrific....close to the Duomo. The place didn't have a relaxation, seating area as the small pull out couch was needed for our 3rd bed. The place was clean but didn't have the atmosphere you usually find in a rental in Florence It was quite and good for sleeping and did have everything one needed for a few nights in Florence
  : Hard to say....the place just felt cold, lacked the warmth of decoration....nothing one couldn't live without for a few days.

  : The location was excellent. Right in the main buzzing street. Near to all the main attractions and the central station. Danielle the owner was very helpful and always reachable and responsive. He was very very kind to us.
  : There aren't a lot of cooking appliances if u are willing to cook. And the apartment is smaller then what it looks in the images.

  : Very convenient location. The apartment was big enough for a family of four (with small children). All necessary kitchen equipments. A good breakfast cafe just next to the apartment was nice.
  : The apartment was in the "cellar" and only way out through a long narrow corridor (the one window in the apartment was barred). The front door out to the street had a very strange locking system. You could only open it inside from the apartment by pressing the buzzer not on the door itself. This was not explained to us and first time we were leaving we had alot of trouble to get out from the building. It was also wery easy to lock yourself inside the building, because if you pressed on a certain button on the door, it bolted shut and you couldn't open it at all. It was a bit unnerving to think that if someone bolts the door shut and there is a fire you cannot get out any way. So be very careful with the door! Also no fire alarms in the apartment.

  : The location could not have been better. theres a gelato place right next door and you can see the duomo a block away as soon as you step out of the door. I really liked the loft.
  : The only problem i had with the room is the bathroom was very tight. the only space to put things was a shelf above the sink which got in the way of using the sink but mostly the faucet is way too high and water somewhat splashes on the floor when u try and use it.

  : Not very clean, we unfortunately suffer from allergies and had a couple of bad days due to dust.Sofa bed is NOT comfortable to sleep.

  : Property was in prime location - near a wine window and the Duomo. Great facilities - so glad there was a laundry machine as we were halfway through our travel and were in need of a wash.
  : Definitely felt a bit tired and run down so probably just needs to be touched up and refreshed a bit. A fair few scuff marks on walls and some broken plasterboard on the loft level - but wasnt a dealbreaker considered we spent majority of our time out.
