Disappointing

  : Location to the Florence station the only positive, plus the communication for check in.Also a little Cafe on the corner and a little bakery beside for a snack.
  : The description of Hotel amenities needs updating. Very small basic room. No iron, no wine glasses, no on-site breakfast, no slippers, no water, no chocolate or cookies, no sound-proofing between rooms. Our room had a very hard bed, pillows were very flat, shower head holder unable to be used, and limited room to move let alone dry yourself in the compact bathroom. No milk to make a coffee. Unsure what Fruits and Kid friendly buffet was in description and coffee house on site???? Nothing there that I know of. May all have been as described before covid hit a few years ago.... I don't know.Specifically asked for ground floor when booking many months in advance and responded that was sorted due to two knees replaced but ended up on first floor with steps anyway. No staff if checking in after checkout 10am I presume. Used Whsttsapp communication for passport photos and city tax payment...which was 6 per night per person!!!Breakfast is a daily voucher if you get from reception when open (not with your keys and instructions left on the desk) and is a coffee, juice and croissant at a Cafe a short distance away. OK...but confusion when presented at the Cafe.Summary: If you can sleep regardless of comfort and saving money on accom then go for it. Close to station was good, but description of rooms and amenities certainly do not match. And photos do not show a desk and chair that is not functional as you don't have room to pull the chair out to sit down.

  : The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent as it's so close to the centre of Florence and handy for buses and trams. We had everything we needed and the staff made sure the room was serviced every day. The air con was a welcome relief from the heat! Arrangements for getting access to the building were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of amenities nearby.
  : The bathroom was in need of a bit of renovation and not as clean as we would have liked, although it had everything we needed. And the bed was a wee bit hard for our taste.
