  : Very closed to the train station and a nice restaurant, convinent store. They also let us leaving our luggages after check out. Thanks for that.
  : We booked the room for 4 people and I think the room is a little bit too small for 4 people. One of the beds is too soft and i feel easily to fall off during the night. We are barely to have space to walk. The elevator is old fashion but it is still working!!

  : The rooftop terrace was nice for watching the sunset. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent.
  : We didn’t feel safe walking on the street the hotel is located on. The bathroom was extremely small for 5 people to share.

  : Very cosy place, friendly staff, and the location is perfect for a stay in florence.
  : There is no sound isolation, so it is possible to hear what's going on in the next rooms or even in the breakfast area. It was also unpleasant that we were denied putting water in a cup to our room from the breakfast area

  : Location is great. It's just 5minutes from train station.The rooftop space is well decorated and the view is great
  : I couldn't take a shower because the water was cut off in the hostel.As soon as I came to the room in the evening, I tried to wash and sleep, but there was no water ...Not only our room but also other rooms were same condition. The guests in the other room also came to the front desk, but there was no one at the front desk.The desk hours were posted from 8 am to 11 pm, but the staff was nowhere and they didn't even answer the phone, so we couldn't do anything.The water suddenly started coming out in the morning for some reasonThere is a 0.5 stair at the entrance, and there is an elevator from there to the 3rd floor. However, after checking in on the 3rd floor, you will have to use the stairs again to get to your room on the other floor.

  : Breakfast was only served from 7.30 and reception opened from 8.00. Not so very friendly for business travel where we have to start early.

  : The location is perfect. A short 10 minute walk from the Firenze train station, and walking distance to river Arno and all the major tourist sites (Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Cathedral, Piazza Duomo, Piazza dela Signoria, etc). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Eva.Our hotel room was the best we had in our Italian trip.
  : There was an error in our room assignment when we arrived; we were offered a room that didn’t meet our accessibility needs (not the one we were promised during reservation). But Eva at the reception desk managed to shuffle room assignments and correct the difficult situation. It took a couple of hours and some uncertainty, but we were given the correct room. And all with kindness and respect for all guests of the hotel.
