  : A few minute walk to duomo.
  : Its very old building like all of italy tourist sights. Weird entry with 2 locked gates, we have to use 2 different elevators to get to room since building is sub divided. Room was fresh and newly redone. Was small. Attendant was nice.

  : The place an the location is amazing , near every thing , u have every thing around u , 15 min walk to the train station
  : The place itself is good , but the room i was in not that clean , the bathroom is half broken , the hair dryer brook , the bed is not comfortable , for this price i dont think its worth it sorry .

  : Yhe elevator and stairs were not safe. The stairs were dimly lit and slippery. The website did not accurately describe the facilities. The key arrangement is poor. You need a responsible person on site overnight. We left a day early because of the unsafe conditions.

  : The location was superb. The staff, especially Leonardo, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He even assisted friends of ours to leave their luggage when they needed to check out of their accommodation hours before their flight departed. This was going way above and was appreciated. The room was clean but the services very basic .
  : The cost of the room was very high and this can only be related to its location since it is very old and not many services are provided at all. The reception is closed at night and even during the day if the receptionist has to go somewhere, you may have difficulty finding any staff available. I needed to check out and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the receptionist to return.

  : A good location just a short walk from the Duomo and train station. Safe, secure and extremely clean with helpful staff. There is a supermarket directly below it to get basic supplies and restaurants and a great ice cream parlour nearby. In the hotel there is an area with free tea, coffee and biscuits available which was a nice touch.
  : The street noise was quiet loud until 11:30-12:00. The walls are also quiet thin so when other guests are talking in their rooms or on their phones you could hear it.
