  : Staff was nice and helpful. They recommend us restaurants and how to get to the most interesting for us places in Florence. Plenty of space in the room. Good location.

  : Had to walk 3 floors with suitcases, there were bed bugs galore. Left ptt try poetry immediately, one star is the lowest otherwise rating would be -10

  : Location within the city and cleanliness
  : On arrival, despite having booked and paid for 2 occupancy of a triple room we were told that our room had been given to 3 who had arrived with a single reservation. We were put into Room 12 (which was tiny, bathroom extremely cramped, no space) for that night and moved to a double room the next morning That room was fine, but not what we paid Booking.com for. We spoke to the manager who then confirmed what happened with his staff. He told us he has contacted Yourselves and that a refund of approximately 1/3 will be arranged. We have pictures of Room 12 (incl bathroom ) if this is not being progressed as advised
