  : Great location to reach major attractions in the city centre within 5-15 mins.Breakfast spread was good, though the restaurant can get a little busy in the morning.Tower offers a fantastic view of Florence.
  : Staff were not particularly helpful. The Apartment is on a separate building with no lift access. Requested help with the baggages but the reception said the porter is unavailable at about 5pm during check-in.Room was not made up after the first night even though we put up the "Make Up Room" sign. Obviously the Apartment is in a forgotten part of the hotel.The master bedroom rain shower knob was unserviceable during our stay. Overall, hard to justify its 4-star rating.

  : The location was perfect right by the Ponte Vecchio. Loved our little street - especially early in the morning. Double glazed windows made for a peaceful sleep. Breakfast outstanding - Tower views to die for!!

  : It does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. It should be considered 3 stars. In the annex where the room was located, they should carry out renovations to modernize the construction. The apartment, despite being spacious, has decoration and furniture not expected in a 4 star hotel.The annex is accessible by stairs, but there is no staff to help with luggage.When checking in, the room took 40 minutes to be ready and when checking in early, the reception was closed and the lights were off.

  : Excellent location! Very nice front desk staff. They called a cab for us right to the front door and made our departure easy. The tower is a really unique feature and has an amazing view of the city.
  : Wifi sucked. Trundle beds were not comfortable for our two traveling companions (adult child and grandmother). Also, our air conditioner broke one night during our stay while it was 97 degrees in the city. We called the front desk and he said he would have someone come fix it in the morning. We reminded them on our way out and he said someone would come while we were out. We came back and it was still broken. We called back down and they finally sent a maintenance man who came in, played with the remote and settings on the AC, then basically told us it doesn't work and too bad. Keep in mind, my husband, who did significantly more troubleshooting than that, concluded that it probably just needed to be drained, but he didn't do that. He just left. We called back down when he never came back and they finally sent him up with a fan. The solution was fine, it was the process of getting there that left a very bad taste in my mouth. This man clearly doesn't care about his job or the guests. He didn't even attempt to fix anything. Very poor representation of what is a nice hotel.
