  : Very little local shops and restaurants/cafes located near property. A car would be necessary if you dont want to walk the 1 km distance to the nearby train which connects to the centre of Florence (10 min train ride).

  : The house itself looked as what is shown. Clean and spotless when we arrived.
  : The LOCATION is not as advertised - it was very far from the city, and the only convenient way to reach it is by taxi (especially if you want to visit the tourist areas). It is also hard to call a taxi from the property (had to wait almost an hour for someone to accept). Not to mention, the taxi prices are high if you are going to tourist areas like Ponte Vecchio (easily 30 euros, one-way). The pictures provided do not show that there is a LONG WALK (about 10-15 mins depending on how fast you walk) from the gate of the property to the actual house, making it very difficult to reach the house if you have multiple luggages without a car. I would also not recommend this place if you are traveling with elderly see the picture I attached. We were not informed that AIRCONDITIONING IS NOT ALLOWED in September. Although it isnt completely unbearable at night, it is still very uncomfortable as there is no form of ventilation aside from opening the windows, which would then invite mosquitoes inside. I dont understand why this isnt even mentioned by the owner beforehand. This is a major consideration for our family, and had I known this isnt available, I wouldnt have booked here to begin with. Very frustrating when the owner does not even offer any form of apology for deliberately not providing this information. Given these, my family and I decided that we couldnt stay here for more than 1 night and had to forego the rest of our stay. I informed the owner about our difficulties the same night, but he didnt even bother asking or knowing more about our experience. I notified Booking Customer Service about it but it seems the owner also is not interested to compensate for info that he did not mention in his listing. Although we were not expecting a refund any way since we just wanted to leave and enjoy the rest of our vacation in a place that suited us better, it wouldve been nice to get some semblance of care from the owner about our experience.
