  : The photos are the only good thing in this property.- The man we were communicating with was not very helpful and only business(money) oriented. We asked if we could go earlier only to leave our luggage(11am) instead of 15 pm, he said that it's not possible at all. Then we had to come before 21pm to avoid extra charging(25euro), at 20:30 we said that we were 2 minutes away, he immediately threatened us that if we arrive after 21, we will be charged. His english writing was sometimes hard to understand..- No one told us that it was hard(tricky) to unlock the front door(you shouldn't put the entire key). Then we spent like 15 minutes trying until luckily other visitors got home and showed us how to do it.- The shower was horrible. The first 3 minutes the water is cold. Then it becomes boiling water and it's hard to have a shower.. We managed to fix it by turning on the hot water in the faucet.- The room never gets cleaned, we were there for 5 days. We had only two towers for the whole stay.- The shared area(with the other rooms) wasn't getting cleaned, even the garbage had to be collected by us- The man told us that all the rooms are new, but there were many moscito corps on the walls and the window was vibrating each time a truck was passing by.- The same man said there is wifi, but we had to search for the password outside of the room somewhere in the house(like an escape room)

  : Very nice and quiet location! Not very far from the center with a wonderful walk by the Arno River to get there. Very near there is a mall for groceries, restaurants and bars.

  : Mosquitoes everywhere. They dont tell you about the problem. We had to kill 9 of them in our room. We could find smashed corpses everywhere and blood on the walls from previous guests. Kitchen stove doesnt work, cant even boil water. A big scam.

  : The cleanliness. My room was so dirty with dead insects on the ceiling and dirts on the wall. Stayed 5 days and my room did not get cleaned, they did not even bother to replace towels.The location is a bit far as it is 40 minutes away from the centre by walk.I made a complain to the host and did not even bother to find a solution.I do not RECOMMEND this PLACE.

  : Close to bus station and supermarkets, relatively close to city center. Good communication with the host.

  : The house and room are very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. The location couldn't be better, a calm neighborhood, not so far from the center, with many supermarkets around and bus stop close by . Kalum who take care of the rooms is very friendly and were always ready to help us.
  : I think that the kitchen could have more facilities. For example, unfortunatelly we couldn't cook because mostly of the pan weren't proper for the induction cooktop, at least It was what we noticed. And there isn't any corkscrew. Also, the bed could be more comfortable.
