  : - the location is great; it's only minutes away from the major historic sites- there are two mini markets (Carrefour and Pam) minutes away- the bathroom is on the other side of the corridor away from the kitchen/living room/bedroom part of the flat- it's good size for two people - it's on the first floor
  : - the ceiling in the bedroom part of the studio is really low; not great if you can't bent too much; this is the main reason why I think the flat wasn't the most comfortable; if it wasn't for this it would have been fine- there were also roadworks outside; not something that the owner could control, I know, but the noise was a little annoying in the morning; although this is probably temporary so perhaps we were a little unlucky in this respect

  : Location - location - location The best thing that can be said about this house is its excellent location. Of course, when we came to Florence by train, we walked for about 20 minutes. Good cooling, and good kitchen equipment. clean
  : There was no bed, a mattress on the floor upstairs that was not suitable. To sleep, you have to climb about 10 narrow steep stairs and the extra bed was not suitable. The elevator was very old and interesting with a maximum capacity of one person (working with this elevator was very interesting)

  : Really loud neighborhood. Flat is on the first floor, under windows is bus stop and club. The worst thing was that really often ambulances were driving thru there with ringing alarm. Owner should do more for decrease of sound pollution.
