  : You can travel to all the iconic locations by foot. Great view of the San Maria Duomo (200 meters from our room!), the room was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.Our next flight was 5 hrs after check out, so the bag facility at no extra charge was so helpful. Would definitely visit here again!
  : - Only one roll of toilet paper was there in the toilet- The area is in the heart of tourist attractions so you can hear the noise, if you dont like noise thats something to consider, but we loved the sound of the hustle and bustle regardless of time and people having fun (thats part of the holiday) - you are too tired anyway you just sleep through it!

  : Excellent location on a side street off the Duomo, close to most sites of interest. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is a lift so there is no problem with luggage. There is a stove top and some cooking equipment so you can keep costs down by eating at home.

  : very nice location and Grazia was very helpful
  : except the water pressure, the bathroom was so smelly and all three nights we weren't able to sleep well, Grazia told us that was because of the rain but to be honest it wasn't lovely to stay in some room with this smell

  : The property is in the best location! The owner was very nice and helpful when I had trouble with the keys.
  : There isnt enough water pressure to get a good shower. It might be the norm for a very old building. The reason it wasnt a comfortable stay was because of street people screaming at all hours of the night. I was four floors above the street. Im sure it was much worse lower down. It was going on the three nights I was there.Obviously no fault of the owners and I havent experienced anything like it on previous stays in Florence
