  : The tranquility of the garden behind the hotel and the balcony looking over it. The spaciousness of the room was good too especially when sharing with a friend.

  : AC is not working , they switch it off on purpose, the reason was because its season now !!The room and bathroom weren't clean .The bed is not comfortable at all

  : The room and building were amazing. Very classy feel to it for a very reasonable price. The room is also very big and had all the facilities you would need. The balcony was lovely and the TV would also allow you to play select Italian shows in English which may not matter to most but given me and my partner speak no Italian this was a welcome benefit. Staff are only present in the morning for check out and allow you to check yourself in. Any help or requests for documentation were performed through WhatsApp and the owners were always there when we needed anything. The hotel is also a short walk away from the city centre and is also a very simple route from it making it very easy to travel between the two.
  : The WiFi isnt the best here and playing any form of video would often pose a challenge. The room is also not completely sound proof and you can fairly regularly hear particularly loud traffic like sirens or motor bikes from the road next to the hotel despite us being on the other side of the hotel. The plugs in the room were also old style plugs which me and my partner did not have an adapter for, instead having one for the new 2 prong style ones. They did provide an adaptor in the room for these old style plugs but only the 1 so only one appliance could be used at a time. The hairdryer also ceased working at one point for a while after which point it then resumed regular functioning. Finally through the duration of our stay we were unable to consistently get cold water from the kitchen sink. It seemed to run cold momentarily then warm up regardless of tap position. Given the fridge provided however this did not end up a significant issue.

  : The room was really cute and enjoyed the garden area. There are lots of nice cafes nearby and sometimes we'd grab some breakfast at one and bring it back to eat in the garden. It's a bit of a walk from the city center, but a lot of the better restaurants are around the outside of the city center anyway. The staff was also very attentive when we had issues come up.
  : For how far from the city center it is I think it's a little overpriced. The property also didn't get in touch with us until the day of with how to do the self-check-in. I like planning ahead, so I would have preferred to hear from them sooner on how to do the self-check-in. Although once we did hear from them it was super easy. Also had issues getting the AC to work properly and there aren't screens on the windows, so we couldn't open the windows to get the cool night air otherwise a lot of bugs would get in.
