  : Location. Antique style and interesting old building.
  : Terrible mattress, really bad for longer staying. That was really disappointing.Our room had also really poor doors (you could see through incl. the outside light was shining in your face while sleeping and you could hear everything).However, the worst experience was with the very demanding check-in where you have to use some third party web to upload your ID and personal information (with unclear data security and encryption).Moreover, you have to do all of this no later than 24h in advance. Furthermore, besides you have to use the other third party service for checking-in and not only booking.com, you also need to call to open the doors, so you have to have a roaming, too.In other words, you have to use so much effort just to be able to get in. And to be able to do all of this you get so much confusing guideline information in several messages during several days before your stay. In the end you get a 4 number code which can be sent in one simple message without such an Odyssey. Why such a torture guys? If it was a game it could be fun but it is not and it is annoying. For some older travelers with lower digital literacy it must be Hell. For people who value their digital privacy it can be no-go.

  : - mattress was good size and comfortable. - Towels provided endlessly at entrance - secure entrance double doors
  : - bathroom was extremely dirty and needed a deep clean. Mould on walls from wet towels, dirty shower head and grout between tiles and very dirty bidet - location was very very noisy on week days that the fine art school was open and students were working on sculptures right behind our room from morning until evening which meant little peace and quiet - location was very noisy and often filled with beggars - they could have supplied a complimentary bottle of water on the fridge as the water in Florence is not drinkable. Would have made a big difference
