: location was great,close to the center,house is old but very beautiful,you can feel Firenza inside. Backyard of the house is very authentic and you can really enjoy with your friends beautiful mornings and quet evenings.
: Check out was excectly according to the agreed time and the new guests were waiting in front of the door! I forgot my passport running,than we had to go back to collect it! I think that the check out time should be more relaxed.

: The apartment was lovely, with plenty of space - 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms - which suited our party of 3 very well. Very clean and beautifully presented, it was also located very close to all the major sites, but far enough away from the busy, noisy centre to provide a very quiet and peaceful retreat.
: The only criticisms would be the mattresses and pillows, which were just too firm for the older bones of my party - all 3 of us requiring something a little more cushioning these days for our arthritic joints. We would also have appreciated having access to English speaking channels on TV, not that we would have spent a lot of time watching, but just to catch up on news and perhaps watch a movie might have been nice.

: 3 generous bedrooms. It was so well equipped for a family stay. The kitchen and laundry were a godsend. So close to Santa Croce.The only issue was the checkin times. We got caught out because of our late arrival and train delays.

: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well maintained and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the laundry facilities. The bathrooms are roomy including the showers and there is plenty of counter space to hold our toiletries. Parking was easy and safe. We needed to leave after checkout and were able to leave the car in the parking garage after checkout which really helped out. The apartment is easy walking distance to shopping, museums, restaurants and the Duomo. We would stay there again.
: We were rushed to arrive before 4:30 which I found unusual. A longer window for arriving would be nice.
