  : The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. They allowed us to check in an hour or so early. The room was spacious and furnished with kitchen utensils.
  : Hot breakfast was advertised with out stay. When we went down the next morning there was not even hot water for coffee or anything. There was a sign on the door stating there would be no kind of breakfast this morning. The room was nice but it smelled like stale urine. We had to go buy air freshener.

  : Location was great.
  : The property is fairly new but the cleanliness of the room was lackluster. The towels were rough and stained. The room was not deep cleaned and had a weird lingering odor. Check-in staff was also not the friendliest. I was expecting a bit more from this new hotel.
