  : Nice pools, nice mature trees, nice general area
  : No air con, broken tiles, broken glass on the Astro turf left for days and the rep let young children know lay in the area (brought them to the broken glass to play), the way that the management team try desperately to slow consumption of food and drink, the all inclusive is a con as there is no fruit juice by 8:45am, the wine was stopped mid flow because the machine wasnt working, they make you pay 1 euro per cup and write your room details every time you move area which causes huge queues and means no one gets served quickly. The entertainment is in French with some Spanish. If the activities dont have French attendance the rep closes the activity early. They close the water park 1 day and closed all junior slides another day to add silicone mastics. This could have been done after the park closed at 5pm. Miserable staff, angry management, they dont care if you are English. Lots more if you are interested.

  : We stayed in a villa and it was perfect for us! The garden/around the pool could have done with a clean, there was a plaster left on the poolside from a previous guest. Minus that, villa was perfect. Cleaned daily, fresh towels and all staff visiting were absolutely lovely!

  : Very good location - great potential for a very good hotel.
  : 4 stars - this is an exaggeration Room - beds not comfortable, WIFI - can not log on, in the room unpleasant smell. Rent a Car - they inform that they have such a service. When I tried to do it 3 times the system rejected the reservation with their parnter. I did it myself directly with the parnter but overpaying 50 EUR + had to pay for a cab.

  : Exactly what one would expect from a family oriented all inclusive. Good selection of food and drink, all inclusive available from 11am to 11pm. Kids options perhaps a little repetitive, but there was always pasta/rice/veg/pizza/chicken nugget type foods available. Pools were great, plenty of options and the water park attached was a nice option too. Beach and shops a very short walk away. The negative reviews seen for this place for me are individuals needing their expectations realigned. This is not a five star resort, but it's a nice hotel, with great staff and ticked every box I wanted it to with a young family. I would absolutely come here again.
  : Drink serving sizes on the small side (1/3 pint per drink) and the volume of plastic waste as a result could be better; would like to see them use reusable glasses more.

  : The Villa was nice but not safe for children. There were steps from the pool going down to a busy road and steps down to a cupboard which was not locked containing cleaning chemicals for the pool. The garden was surrounded by trees so the private pool was in the shade most of the day and was freezing.The main swimming pools were good, but the food was not up to standard and often under cooked or luke warm. Very monotonous menu and not much choice for children. The Spa was closed and there were no activities for children when they could not swim in the pool. The kids club was run by one very nice lady but one day she had 13 children at the club which was totally unacceptable. lf one child needed the toilet she had to take all the children down to the toilet block with her! Health and safety was very poor. The childrens play area had a large expanse of fence broken which went down on to the road. This was reported but nothing done about it?
  : see above! Generally the food was poor, activities for children almost non existent and certainly not a 4 star resort. Everyone we spoke to agreed that it was not worth the money and were very disappointed with the resort. The day before we arrived many people who had travelled with TUI were moved to another hotel because they were not happy with the resort.We shall certainly be taking our complaint further.

  : EVERYTHING. flies and wasps everywhere as I didnt see one member of staff cleaning anything the beds were old and so uncomfortablei thought I had booked an apartment with a kitchen but the photos were a liethe food was disgusting and flies all over itmold all over the floorswe saw the same pasta on the floor for 3 days the water park was extremely dangerous and should have never opened. my partner and a lot of other guests all ripped their skin coming down the slides and needed medical assistancethe bars werent open only 2 were so the queues were ridiculous the staff were not happy to refund me so I am taking this matter legally and want every penny back as apparently a call with the manager clearly was an absolute lie! the sun loungers were all broken so you couldnt lay down properly not one member of staff said hello to us or checked to see how our stay was goingthe only part of this trip that was good was using booking.com for a taxi!jet2 and Tui support this venue and I am shocked they do! NEVER BOOK HERE and I really hope other customers who booked through booking.com also make the same review as I did as I didnt speak to one person British or French or Spanish that said they were happy! booking.com remove this property to customers its unsafe and disgusting.
