  : The website needs updated badly. They are renovating and they had no breakfast and no laundry. Room smelled of smoke and was never serviced our entire stay. The restroom by the work out room had one stall cover in feces on the toilet, wall and floor.

  : First night we found a cockroach in our room. Was offered to moved a room, but should've gave me a free night for the inconvenience. The second room was decent.

  : The room wasnt very clean. The sheets had visible stains, even after having housekeeping change them. The whole building also smelled like cigarettes.

  : Lobby and entrance was well pull together in a completely misleading way that was mismatched to the rest of the property.
  : The offer of breakfast is completely misleading, it’s a sack lunch type situation. Facilities were horrific. I’ve never written a hotel review before but felt I needed to warn others not to stay here. My room didn’t have hot water and they didn’t even offer to move me to a room that did at first. Crazy experience. Dirty toilet brush in the elevator that stayed there the duration of our stay. Everything was filthy and falling apart, the room they moved us to after complaining smelled like cigarette smoke. Pool was cold and had broken jagged tiles exposed that I didn’t feel comfortable letting my daughter near. Wouldn’t spend another night here for $500.
