  : We loved the facilities at Pier 66, the garden area with pools was fantastic to just chill have a drink, catch the sun & relax. The hotel is very modern. Water in reception is a great touch. Ice machines on each floor is also a fab idea. We stayed here before going on a cruise, children aged 16 & 10 both had own single beds .would definitely stay again, great location,free shuttle bus service to the beach. Cab ride $15 to the port to get on our cruise. All together great start to our family holiday.

  : I booked my stay with booking.com. When arrived I was told they had to switch the rooms and put me in a room for disabled people. I had a feeling I was staying in a nursing home. Next day I left the room early morning returning around 6 pm and nobody came to clean up the room. The mate showed up around 6.30 while I was taking a shower and she could not speak English. Very disappointing. Would never come back.

  : We were guests at the hotel for a mini family reunion so we had multiple rooms booked for the weekend. The property as a whole was beautiful, we took full advantage of all of the amenities. The foliage was beautiful and in most areas was well maintained
  : however, upon arrival there was confusion with our reservation and it took almost 30 minutes to check in and it was down hill from there. When we entered the room, it smelled like mildew, there were not enough towels and we had no patio furniture. The Bathroom was musty and the shower was not clean. The toilet kept running after flushing, bath tube didn’t drain while taking a shower, the water came up to our ankles. Saturday night we were locked out of our room and had to wait almost 30 minutes for security to let us in. Sunday afternoon we spent time at the pool, again, amazing property and amenities, we went back to our room to find it had not been cleaned. We have to get our own towels from the abandoned cart in the hall. We checked out this afternoon and the day managers were very apologetic for our experience, we were given a complementary breakfast and a discount was applied to our bill. Was that sufficient not really but under the circumstances; with the hotel closing for renovations, I’m sure there is only but so much that could be done. I would have expected one of the two rooms we reserved to have been completely omitted from the bill or a night stay at a later date. I would definitely consider coming back again as we did enjoy our stay.
