  : Room design and size. Great ameneties. View and price for room was great. Great location. If you want to stay right in the middle of A1A this is a super option.
  : Staff did not respond when we reported that A/C was not cooling properly. No one showed nor followed up. It wasn't excruciatingly hot but not cooling as it should.

  : The location and pool was great unfortunately I don’t get the chance to use the pool being there was a severe thunderstorm that caused record breaking flooding.

  : Got charge twice for my room they said it was a mistake and it will take 5 business days to get money back over $1,000. pool not clean, food 30 minutes to get, got a ocean view room to see fireworks for the 4th of July didn’t see anything from balcony room, for the beach we paid for umbrella, kids running up and down hallways till 4 am and dogs as well.

  : About an hour after I arrived the fire alarm went off in my room. An announcement was made to exit the floor I was on due to a fire. I opened my room door to find a hallway full of smoke and I couldn't see more than a few feet in front of me. I tried to call the front desk but got voice mail so I called Hotel's main number and that also went to voice mail. At this point smoke started entering under my door so I stuck wet towels under the door and called 911. A fireman yelled at my door so I covered my head with a wet towel and he led me to the stairway. When I arrived finally to the lobby a man in a business suit said everything is fine and the fire was contained to the one room. I told him my room was next door to the fire and had also filled with smoke. He then disagreed and said the fire was contained to one room. The group I was traveling with were on floors unaffected by the fire and wanted to go to dinner. I left my balcony door open to air out the room and left for dinner and 4th of July festivities. The next morning the front desk also said the fire was contained to one room only and was not an issue. I tried to explain again that my room still smelled of smoke and fire extinguisher chemicals. Once again I was told the fire was "contained to one room".At this point I canceled the rest of my stay and moved down the street to another hotel.
