  : Accessing was horrific communication poor hard to enter main gate and accessing room even worse need a better system and first hand contact with human I assisted the gentleman next door to get into his room and same night had 2 young females calling out for help over half an hour outside to get in at 8pm at night also another couple not a good start my room had no toaster the bedside light didn't work and accessing to property both front gate and room horrendous NI INTERNET HENCE NO TV and yes tree problem but communication non existent very hard to contact someone no compensation given sorry easy to say but mean it
  : COMMUNICATION AND A LOT OF CUSTOMER SURPORT MAKE SURE THE FACILITIES OFFERED ARE AVAILABLE yes problems arise but at least advice on situation would be great not a nice experience

  : There was a lot of mold in the shower, even though it said no smoking the suite smelt like smoke. Breathing quality was not good and concerning for people with lung issues. The walkway flooded easily when it rained.

  : Bed is comfortable
  : Cold shower 3 days in a row. Response from property slow. Had to text several times to get a response. Then, I was told to "turn the handle the opposite direction. "... like it's assumed I didn't try that in the first place.I wa then offered a discount to compensate for the hot water situation, but to date, I haven't had a reply honoring that offerWalls are paper thin. This was the second time I had been staying here. Drug users in the parking lot are getting worse... won't be back.

  : I was extremely surprised with place! It was really good! I didn’t expect this. I can highly recommend to everyone if I’ll be back def pick this place! Close to beach, close to everything, not crazy far from beach. Perfect! Clean and nice! Surprised with coffee machine, little fridge and microwave
  : Not sure if I could not find it or wasn’t existing, but vent in bathroom during night didn’t help with sleep. I couldn’t turn off the vent. Definitely understand that the place is small and need to be installed and actually after closing door from bathroom was fine but still. Bc I was traveling alone, and there was code, and cameras I still feel a lil unsafe especially leaving the object-people who were sitting outside

  : DO NOT BOOK! I’ve booked this last minute as I had a work event near by so was planning on getting ready for an event here however when I’ve turned up at the property I’ve realised I’ve not received any entry instructions. After calling the number displayed, I’ve managed to get an email link to check in online and verify my identity. During this phone I have advised that I have not been receiving any text messages from them which they confirmed it would be because I have foreign number. They of course didn’t mention that after verifying my identity I would be receiving entry code via text message (or not receiving in my case). I kept trying to call them back multiple times once I’ve realised I won’t be able to receive the text and get in, with no answer. After about 45min I needed up having to book another hotel to make it to the work event (very late). I’ve contacted the property via booking.com multiple times with no luck of resolving this, few days after I’ve called the property directly and have been advised that they have approved a full refund. It has been well over a month since all of this and I have not received anything yet and haven’t heard back from them after reaching out multiple times. Awful experience and even worse customer service.

  : They never contacted me to send my ID as verification so it was 10:00pm when I arrived from the airport and I sat on the phone with them over and hour while they were “sending” and email in order for me to send my ID. Sat in the curb for an hour and had to book a near by hotel and Uber there. It has now been two months since then and after calling multiple times about a refund I still have never heard back nor got a refund.
