  : The property was what I expected. It's a little dated, old, but it was clean. I liked the location in regard to the beach (just a short walk across the street) and definitely liked its waterfront location (i.e., directly at the end of a canal). Saw and heard fish jumping out of the water every day. We were in the ground floor unit and there was a nice patio with table and lounge/bench seating to enjoy coffee in the morning and the water view. Parking is available right in front of the unit which made it convenient for unloading the car and groceries.
  : First thing, upon arriving and entering the unit there was a strong cleaner smell. we had to open the back doors and the front window to try and create a cross breeze so the unit would air out. I definitely suggest using a less harsh cleaner. The unit is small and cooled by a window air conditioner that was very noisy when running. when we were in the room, we kept the doors and windows open for a breeze to come through but had to close them at night when going to bed, so the air conditioner made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom only had a pedestal sink and there was no place to put toiletries. I would suggest hanging a small shelf. and it could definitely use a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang toiletry bags or wet towels/bathing suits

  : Room was clean and well stocked and was able to get supplies needed from the Flamingo Inn across the street who maintain the facility. Close walk to the beach across the street. Was away from the main tourist area but preferred that location to the busier area. Plenty of good restaurants and shops close by to go to. Relaxing to sit out on the patio and watch the fish jumping in the canal out back.
  : Beds were OK but could've been a little more comfortable.

  : I loved everything. We stay with flamingo every year with our pet every year. Have stay in hidden harbor and I bedroom at hotel area. Very accommodating.
  : I'm only putting this in so staff is advised that maintenance man needs to check upstairs patio as some planks are loose and could trip someone. But I'm certainly not complaining just letting him know.

  : We loved the location. It was quiet and the area and room was very clean.
  : It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper 3 times! They would only give it when you asked for it, and then it was one roll at a time. It would have been nice to have tissues in the room. Extra towels would have been nice also.
