  : It was a perfect stay! We literally just crossed the street and where at the beach. The ambiance on ft myers beach is great and this was our sencond visit to the beach, but first visit at Gulf breeze condods. Cheryl is awesome and really asked every day if we needed anything.

  : Directly accross from the beach. Well maintained pool and bbq. Clean location, clean apartment. Happens to be where mid island jet ski rentals is, great dolphin tour
  : Bigger table to eat on. Furniture a little dated.

  : The condo is a fine place, nice new counters, tile floors, comfortable furniture, clean, no mold, fresh and updated. Two units in front on street which is VERY busy. Two units in front on street, loud. Parking easy. Well-lit entrance. Tv in every room. Proprietor very nice.
  : No privacy unless all blinds are shut, so unit is dark. No outdoor air as all windows are street levels and stare at traffic on Estero or breezeway where others walk, and they don’t open easily or stay open. Once inside condo you could be anywhere, downtown Atlanta or suburban Pittsburgh, but access to outdoors means you sit in concrete backyard with no view except neighbors, or you let everyone see in your windows. I felt trapped once I came home. There was roadwork right outside the front door at 7:30 am with back up beeping tractors and heavy machinery every day except Sunday. Estero blvd is right in front of the door, so even tho beach is right across the street it felt miles away. The grill area had no night lighting I could find, no candles either. Used our iPhones and full moon. Typical other rental complaints: dull knives. Teflon pans. Plastic cooking utensils. Tiny coffee cups. Bought reusable grocery bags because the plastic bag culture here is huge but unacceptable. Needs hooks for towels, blinds that pull up from bottom not side to side.
