  : What did I like about the property? Not much.
  : Well, to start the front desk, staff was uncaring and on a couple of occasions rude and then we got to the room had a air deodorizer still in it and plugged up because the room smelled like there had been five large wet dogs for days in it.. we told the front staff and their reply was that basically sorry but it’s a pet friendly hotel. I have stayed in many many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced anything like that. and then there was the fact that if you want clean towels, you have to pay for them if you want toilet paper, you have to pay for it and I’m pretty sure if you wanted them to smile at the front desk, you would have to pay for that too. Just saying.

  : I arrived at 12:05 a.m. on the 2nd of July which I was booked for July 1st through July 2nd and was able to check in anywhere from 3:00 p.m. on however when I arrived I was told to go inside and dial 500 from the phone and the woman on the phone told me that I would be refunded that no one could check me in. On the confirmation email it says that they have someone on site to check you in 24 hours a day. The woman said she would refund my stay since they could not check me in and two days later she's telling me I need to call booking.com and that they will not refund it. Not to mention that when I arrived a guy who works there I know since I've been there before was outside smoking a cigarette and told me that I wouldn't be able to check in that they don't check people in after midnight. This hotel is horrible I cannot even find anyone to speak to at booking.com. do not pay beforehand only pay on propertp
