  : Great location and the beach was perfect!
  : On Tuesday we notified the property that there was a problem with the tub draining. No one ever came to fix it. Hence, we all had to stand in inches of water when we showered.

  : The location and resort grounds are well cared for and beautiful.
  : We arrived to mold covering the ceiling and major water damage throughout the unit that had not been addressed. I had to waste a day and a half of waiting to hear from multiple staff members to try and get it fixed and moved to another unit. We were temporarily moved as they “cleaned” the unit but it was still bad when we were told we had to return to the unit because nothing else was available. The condo is a mess and a health hazard.

  : The location was great since it is at the end of Okaloosa Island. The beach seemed like it was semi-private so it wasn’t overly crowded for a holiday weekend.
  : Our unit was a bit old and dated but luckily some of the bedroom and living room furniture and decorations had been updated - from the pictures we saw online after we booked our room. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and looked as if they were in need of being replaced soon. Also the tub/shower was very tall and it was difficult getting in and out (esp. for our 6 and 8 year old children). Finally the elevators in building 2 had some issues and often wouldn’t go up or down if they had been waiting on a floor for too long a period of time.
