  : I was able to get to the beach.
  : Customer service was very horrible!!!! Had a request to check in early if possible, front desk called me at about 11 am, stating the room might be ready early. Arrived about 1 pm, and wasn't ready, 215 pm, room is supposedly ready but instead of the manager of housekeeping turning the room loose so we can check in. I'm met with a pure attitude and rudeness. After the fact all I needed for her to do is radio the lady that I had just spoke to her and stated my room was ready so that I can get me code to get in. Finally get the room after 3(more close to 4).the washer and dryer is garbage, washer doesn't washer and dryer doesn't get hot, they don't give towels. Was told I'd have to wash the towels thats in the room.for the type of money I spent staying here you would think I would be able to get more than 2 sets of towels. I will NOT be booking/staying here again
