  : I re booked my room for a second night because I had no transportation to move all of my stuff and somehow the desk clerk put the wrong room number in the computer so then that came and tried to make us checkout for not paying and then realized they had messed up and instead of just changing the room number in the computer he refunded us our money which takes 3 to 5 business days to get deposited back into our bank account and he wants us to re book and pay for the room again. Only now there's a problem, I don't have any money because I just spent every dollar I had on the booking for the night and they refunded it due to their mistake so they could fix their mistake and now I don't get my money back for 3 to 5 business days, so they gave us 30 minutes to get all of our life's belongings out of this room or they would call the cops. So at the end of all this me, my wife and our dog all ended up sleeping outside in the freezing cold with all of our stuff because of their nonsense mistake

  : There was unidentifiable hair and stains on the mattress. Bugs on the floor. It was hot smelled like pot and no elevator.

  : I was happy to see a reasonable price online but the picture showed the hotel as beautiful and clean. It must have been the grand opening decades ago.
  : The place was so run down to the ground. Nothing worked. .Blow-dryer broken. Ice and soda machine out of order. If I were Red Roof Inn, I would remove my name off this location.

  : It felt clean and for the most part safe.
  : The TV never worked, woke up in the early morning with an entire wall out of power. Phones were dead, no lights, same side as bathroom so no bathroom lights in the dark. Went to complain and was given a 2nd room for the last night. Should have been given a discount but lesson learned for trying to save money.

  : Bed bugs, paid 500.00in medical care my body has not yet recovered!I only touched the bed and bed bugs began to attack!Had to walk stairs, no elevator I had to rebook my hotel room across town! Very disappointed!
