  : The hotel is in the main town centre, only a few yards from the Quay. It had traditional features including sash windows. The walls were wonky and quirky, everything you would expect from an old building.
  : The breakfast was hit and miss, deteriorating over the three days we stayed. The final morning, despite ordering first, our breakfast came out last, undercooked and missing items which, when requested again, did not appear. The cook was also very keen on playing Eminem very loudly in the kitchen throughout the breakfast period on each day. Although being aware the bathroom was separate to the room, it wasn't until arrival that we were made aware it was across the main landing, past the communal stair case. Bath robes were listed as items available in the room. However, there were none. The room smelt foisty.
