  : Had a question with my reservation. One customer service rep sent me off to call booking.com and deal with it on my own. A few minutes later her colleague offered to help me and I was all set within minutes.

  : We come here every year since it opened as Marriott Courtyard over thirty years ago. I like all the refurbishment Sonesta has done. The hotel looks much nicer and has a younger vibe.
  : I don’t like Sonesta’s policy of not having housekeeping unless you ask for it. Cleanliness is a priority in a hotel and lack of maintenance is beginning to show, like for instance there are pieces of paper on the floor in the corridors.

  : Facility was clean but highly overpriced especially since the pool is closed. It mentions this on the sonesta website on a popup message at the bottom of the screen- but mentions it no where else and not at all on booking.com. needless to say I had some very upset 10 year old girls. This was got my daughters 10th birthday, all she wanted was to swim. So I found hotels with pools and this one said it was open. Apparently it's been closed since covid. Just wild. And when I was surprised by this information the staff in a very flat tone said its been closed for 4 years. The one fire pit that works on location was hogged by a single group of adults who quite literally acted like they owned it when I finally asked them to allow us to make smores. Apparently the other fire pit has been broken for forever, too. It's just not what we expected for the price and would love some money back. $560 for two rooms...plus 200 in deposits. For a head ache.
