  : Nothing - I would not recommend this place.
  : The room was dirty, there was no air-conditioning and it was extremely hot, the area was terrible and filled with drug addicts. I felt unsafe coming and going. The service was terrible. I paid upfront for 12 days and left after 4 - no response from the property when asking about a partial refund or even for my city tax to be refunded (I had to pay twice).

  : The property is 10 minutes walk from the main station. The room was nice and had everything you need for a short stay. The area is OK, but need to take care in night as there are lots of drug people on the street. I felt safe but it was good to avoid. To close to the main areas.
  : When I arrived I realized there was no way to enter, the door was closed, no one was around, no reception. I needed to call and who attended was not clear how to open. After some calls, she told me she was open remotely and I needed to enter. After entering I was in a hall with an elevator, a stare, and doors. and more time for her to tell me which one to go. After 15 minutes I got to the Office, where the name in Germany is Buro. Sorry, I did not speak German. I received no information about the internet, In their room there is no information for anything, so I need to figure out everything. First, tell people how to enter when they arrive, and second leave all the information in the room It will help a lot all travelers.

  : Broken Kitchen doors, No coffee, Dirty Walls, Smelly Room.The room had bad smell, the towels were stinky, the shower was broken, bathroom was awful. It was never cleaned, no staff attended me during my stay, it's located in a very notorious area. There is a club downstairs, so it's always noisy at night since my room was on the first floor.The staff didn't even care to provide coffee.The bathroom didn't even have sufficient shower gels/shampoos. Very cheap stuff.

  : The hired help was rude when asking for guidance on how to operate things in the apartment. Because of this, I can not recommend this apartment.

  : In a moment I had no power in my room, I had to call them to know what was happening. There was no hot water in my room, I had to shower with cold water. The area were is located is just awful and not clean at all, I didnt feel safe.

  : Good central location. Spacious room and amazing shower pressure.
  : I turned up at 2pm, as advertised on the site for check in time. I couldn't get an answer on the door. I returned at 2.30 to try again, as this was the check in time on my booking. Still no answer. I waited for someone to come out of the building so I could gain entry. I looked for a member of staff, even trying the empty office. No success, so I sat on a bench near the office. I eventually saw someone emptying rubbish, so I asked about checking in. He was the right guy, but there was no welcome as such. A bit frustrating after my journey. Similar problems when I checked out - nobody to leave my key with and the office was shut. So I left it in the room. Very poor customer service overall. Although a convenient location, it was not the nicest area of town. Noisy, smelly and obvious drug taking on the streets. It would have been useful to have some hot drink sachets supplied as a courtesy.
