  : The bed was amazing, the air worked great.
  : Where do I start? I checked in and tried to get a drink. The Coke Machine is out of order. Then we went to check out the pool the ONLY reason we chose this sorry excuse of a hotel. The pool had chemical swirls in it. The desk clerk said they just shocked the pool so he couldn't guarantee our safety. WHAT? Then the "hot tub" had an oil slick like grease in the water plus the jets didn't work. So we gave up trying to swim. Then on to the room to take a long relaxing shower but first to get some ice. The ice machine on the 2nd floor is out of order. Then we came in to take our shower the dang shower overflowed all over the bathroom. We were just too tired to move at this point. The bed was super comfy but when we looked at the pillows they had yellow stains all over them under the pillow case. The ceiling was leaking in the hallways and they had trash cans in the hall catching the water.

  : The king room was nice and honestly much nicer than the outside or lobby of the hotel!
  : Pool was closed due to painting and the room looked as if the housekeeper cleaned half of it and forgot about the rest!! The bed was made but the pillows were across the room.

  : Front counter staff were courteous and helpful. Shower design was cool.
  : Breakfast was pretty thin for options. Coffee was terrible. Coffee in room was decaffeinated (why bother?). Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent. AC wasn’t dehumidifying the air so while cold, it was damp. One ice machine on the third floor?!?

  : Very dirty, hot pool did not work had dead bugs in it so did in swimming pool, the gym was out of order! The floor we was staying on had a bucket in the middle of hallway to catch dripping water from the pipes in the ceiling, ice machine on 2nd didn’t work, mini fridge in room didn’t work and had food n drink still in it from previous ppl, hair and not our hair was everywhere, kids running up and down hallways screaming and adults cussing and screaming profanity and threatening violent acts towards the children! I almost called CPS because of the seriousness of it, and the fear on their little faces. Room above us kept us up all night with banging on the floors constantly! The smell of the hotel smelled of mold and mildew and in some spots death!!! Would never stay here again, lack of staff was evident, and lack of cleanliness was overwhelming and even the elevator stunk! They allow pets at property but management didn’t even make tenants pick up after dogs poo was everywhere outside. The also didn’t make them control their pets as the constantly was allowed to bark and growl at passing guest. I wish they would have been honest about gym and hot tub being out of order because I would have booked else where. We work out daily and was looking forward to hot tub, to clarify water was hot in the dirty hot tub but none of the jets worked, breakfast is free for a reason it sucked! Only had bare minimum, no juice, no amenities for your coffee, had to constantly ask for fresh towels and coffee packs for our room. Was never asked our whole three day stay if we needed anything. Just an awful experience, only good thing I could say about our stay is at least the staff was polite, but I feel like they need to state things such as hot tub and gym is non functional at the moment!!! It’s false advertisement cuz if I’d known before hand I wouldn’t have stayed there!!!! I feel like we deserve a discount from our bill
