  : My check in time was between 3-4pm. I arrived at 5pm with my dog. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting to be checked in, and the manager named heather and two other staff members were at the check in desk. One of the staff told me that they were backed up because of the computer errors and that it would be an hour-2 hours to check in. Then the manager said she would “consider” refunds but did not give any more information. Because I had an event at 7pm and had my dog, I could not wait and hour-2 hours for a room, so I asked to cancel my reservation and found a new hotel. Over the next few day, I called twice to check on the status of my refund request. I was transferred to speak with heather, who laughed at my request and said that I was never told that it would be an hour-two hour wait and that I would not be receiving a refund. Terrible experience; I usually have great experiences with Hilton but this was beyond the pale in terms of unprofessionalism on behalf of Heather.

  : Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants
  : The pool was too small. We arrived Friday PM and I had to ask if they were cleaning the room on Monday because they had not been in. Breakfast was overpriced with poor selection. We were at breakfast before 9 AM on the day were leaving so we wanted a quick breakfast and opted for the buffet breakfast. First we had to ask for plates even though the person was right there. The eggs were cold, the potatoes were not fully cooked. The sausage was cold. Selection of pastries and bread was pathetic. There was no waffle station. V
