  : If you are looking for a place close to the wineries… this is definitely not the one. To far from the town.. the location was VERY dark and scary. We definitely did not feel welcomed there at all. And also Behind this property there is abandoned home with no lights. So once you get out of your vehicle be prepared to use a flash light to walk your way to the house. The home that we stayed in was in a split home. Which I found pointless. Because not once did we use the area with the kitchen but you are charged for it. The house just wasn’t what we expected would not rent here again.

  : King bed was a plus! Nice bathroom and shower. Having a couch in the bedroom was a plus as you have to cross a breezeway to get from the bedroom to the kitchen and living room.
  : At over 6 foot tall the bed was a little high for me to get in easily. Someone shorter or mobility impaired may have a slight problem with the height.

  : Location was great. The rest of the accommodation was abysmal. We did not get what we had booked - property was not as described.
  : Everything else was a massive fail. The property is not as described - at time of booking (I have all the screenshots) we had booked a 3 bedroom house, with kitchen, dining areas, living space etc. When we arrived, most of the house had been blocked off - we just had access to two bedrooms and a shed with a bedroom. Nothing else. We contacted the host who refused to give access to what we had booked and told us that the offering had not changed. We specifically book this accommodation to cook and spend time at the house - this was not possible. Not access to kitchen, plates, pans or anything else. Very disappointed. Lack of cleanliness throughout.

  : Cool property, close enough to Fredricksburg but out of all of the people and traffic. Clean room, comfy bed.
  : No internet or phone service. Which isn’t all together a bad thing. Good to unplug for a minute.

  : The uniqueness of the place. It was very clean and it was very nice.
  : The narrow metal stairwell. My friend had a hard time getting up and down the stairs. Overall, we managed. It was fine!
