  : It was relatively quiet except for a dog in another room that barked a lot. It did not bark during the night though.
  : Hot breakfast was advertised and was a big reason I booked this hotel but there was no breakfast. The pool was smaller that expected and was dirty so we could not swim. The floor was gritty so we had to wear socks or sandals the entire time. The back door to the hotel was propped open the entire first night so there was a security concern. Other than when we checked in there was not a person at the desk. There was a phone number to call for someone to come if needed. but when another guest called the number after being locked out of her room it took at least 30 minutes for someone to get there to help her.

  : Refrigerator was good.
  : Parking! Bathroom wasn't very clean, blood on the light switch and on the faucet! Coffee pot didn't work well it took forever! No coffee in the lobby! No hot water in the shower! No blow dryer! Plaster on ceiling loose, wallpaper coming down. Paint job not finished in hall and room. Windows in dining are could be cleaned. Turf coming in is loose, trip hazard. No one at desk at checkout!

  : Breakfast was not provided as stated on website. The room had holes in the walls which were covered up with tape. Very out dated, even the outlets had no plate covers. Had to wait 10 min for the water to even get hot. There was no refrigerator, microwave or even a phone. When I went check in there was no one at the desk. When waiting to check out and leave I had spoke to a mother and daughter who had accidentally locked thier key in thier room. Again nobody at the desk. I tried calling to place my own concerns only to get voice-mail. The mother and daughter told me that the lady was on her way to houston...they had been waiting an hour. Who leaves a whole hotel empty with none to run it. Also no snack Machines or ice machines. The one and only elevator sounded like you would get stuck in it. The terrible ASTRO turf upon entry was coming up off the ground and made for a severe tripping hazard as well

  : Was not informed of there was a breakfast. Was informed the vending machines and ice machine had been removed. We ended up purchasing a small ice chest and a bag of ice.
  : Wasn’t any hot water. I took a warm shower quickly. There wasn’t that many people in my opinion to run out of hot water. Husband had to wait until morning to take his shower.
