: furniture was too short and dining chairs were rickety. needed ceiling fan in master bedroom and safety bars in master bathroom. tub was slick. air conditioner ran constantly. probably needed servicing

: Location was close to Main Street, but was very quiet. Outdoor fireplace was very nice as well as the backyard. The plants by the walkway could use a good trimming.
: Garbage bin was completely full of trash bags from previous tenantsDog hair was very prevalent in the master bedroom; especially under the bedFolding chairs at the kitchen table were old and ricketyThe den furniture was a hodgepodge of old and worn pieces. They were uncomfortable and hard to get out of. The kitchen faucet had very little water pressure. It made it hard to wash dishes.The coffee pot was old and needed cleaning. It took forever to brew coffee. The den rug was placed over two or three floor plugs for the lamps. These are trip hazards.The wall grate for the a/c intake was off the wall. There are no grab bars in the master bedroom bath tub to get into or out with such high walls. Both beds are very uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed is old and the mattress is worn out. The other bed in the guest room is very low to the ground and looks like something that came from IKEA.The curtains in the bedrooms are very wrinkled and way too long for the windows. There are cords and pulleys laying on the floor besides them. The shower curtain in the guest bathroom is cheap and lets water out on the floor. The team step is not usable due to it sliding. The outdoor rock water fountain is barely running at all. The mildew and algae need to be power washed. Even with the outdoor fireplace being very nice, there is no way we would stay at this house again.
