  : the directions on where the door with keypad needs to clearer. might need to add a few more cooking untensils (I.e. spatulas, large cooking spoons) We ran out of TP and paper towels. Later check out?

  : Railing leading to door was rickety, no opener for the blinds, smelled musty when we opened the door, no ice in ice maker when we arrived. Several areas inside the house could use paint touch ups. The reservation experience was painful as we had to deal with Vacasa staff and it took 2 staff and an hour to resolve. The first staff was not helpful or knowledgeable and created more chaos in the process. The second staff member was helpful and the only reason for keeping the reservation.
