  : I stayed for a week and did various day hikes (by train) in the Black Forest area.The apartment was very clean. The lounge was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and included cooking utensils and a small oven. The staff were friendly and helpful.The apartments are in a new development in Freiburg under 15 minutes tran ride (tram 2) from Freiburg main train station. The building is next to Eugen Martin Strabe tram stop. There is a big supermarket (Kaufland) nearby with a pizza take away. There are a few restaurants nearby. I liked the location as it was a bit quieter than the city centre. I also used the laundry facilities which were good.The apartments are cleaned once a week - there are cleaning rooms (with vac cleaners) if needed.Ill happily stay again! Recommended.
  : Only comment is - it would be food to be able to get clean towels more than once during the week especially if additionally showering after hiking! Otherwise a great stay.

  : I really appreciated the design, artistry and sustainability of the space.
  : i arrived after 6 and checked in at the computer terminal which was not such a warm welcome after my long day of travel. I also found the receptionist to be a bit cold when answering my questions.

  : Nice clean spacious room, easy check in. Good location really for centre and the area is nice
  : I was there a week and it's a shame coffee is not replenished when the room is made up. Parking was a pain as the apartments have little space so had to find somewhere on a street.

  : The apartment was gorgeous, big, comfortable and clean.
  : We had booked a parking spot for our whole stay, but the last night, when we arrived to the apartment, all the spaces were taken. That's not what you expect to happen when you book months in advance and you pay 14Eur per night (what isn't cheap) but you do it happily so that you don't need to stress about finding parking.

  : Well thought out, and well equipped - eg range of kitchen gadgets, including microwave, spacious fridge. Design of both my room & of ground floor lobby is distinctive & characterful. I hired a bike offered by Black F House for 12 Euros each day: comfortable, well maintained, a great saver of time, and a terrific way of interacting with locals. Helpful staff, including Aline & Artur.
  : Tiny things. A shelf or rack within the shower would help people not wanting to retrieve soap & a flannel from the floor. Plus, I carried my glass garbage to the basement, as instructed. There was no bin to take the bottles.

  : Lovely studio, clean and super comfy. The whole building is actually new and very nicely decorated. Checkin-checkout can be done also electronically, The flat's Kitchenware and its whole furnishing is brand new, modern and of good quality. The window (more like a balcony door) could be fully open letting lots of day light and air into the room; very refreshing Protected grid outside the window provided. The bathroom is big with nice light, showering in there is just a pleasure! Just outside the main entrace is a tram station to the city centre, riding time ca 20 min. There are more tram lines bit further down, like 5-8 min walk, while a Kaufland supermarket is just across the hotel. I really enjoyed my 4 days in Black F House
  : The only point needs improvement is the bad internet quality; at least at the side of the building where my studio was, 3rd floor, backyard.
