  : Nothing. This place was awful.
  : Roaches in rooms and in beds, stains on sheets and pillows. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. People living in their cars in the parking lot. Property is in disarray, including doors missing half of their paint, door trim broken, door locks did not work, siding on building looked like it caught fire and melted. The elevator seemed like a death trap. Stairs smelled like death along with what looked like blood splatter. Stairs also had trash and food in several places, also had cigarette butts on the floor. Trash all over the ground, including a 5 foot pile in the breeze way. Several other tenants smoking on walkways and just outside or their rooms, several with doors open.
