  : The location is very, very good. It can be confusing about the parking. I had to have a reservation for parking on our first day to ski. I parked in a paid parking because the check in was at 4:00 pm and I arrived at Copper Mountain at 7:00 AM that first day. If you are planning to ski the first day of your reservation, make sure you have a PARKING RESERVATION with Copper Mountain, OTHERWISE, you will not have a parking space. I did have a paid parking reservation so no problem. The room was very clean. It has a microwave oven and coffee maker. Nothing else. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The under ground parking garage is directly under the unit. So the first day after skiing, we had to go to our vehicle in the paid parking lot, and then drive to the underground garage. From that moment on, we were glad to be there. It is soooo convenient to the ski lifts!!! We had a fabulous time. I would do it all over again!!

  : Disappointing. This was described as a "one bedroom apartment" with a "private entrance" and "sitting area"- but it is actually a single hotel room in a large, dated, and indifferently maintained condo building, with renovations in progress, and construction materials stacked in the lobby. It was also represented as being located in Frisco, Colorado - but it is actually located a substantial distance away, at the Copper Mountain ski resort that is a 15 minute drive west of downtown Frisco up Interstate 70. We were supposed to get a parking pass to the garage - but none was provided. So we parked our car outside in a public lot (which, fortunately, was being offered for free by the Copper Mountain during our stay). There was no air conditioning, and the room temperature hovered around 80 degrees, even with an open window and a fan. But the ultimate problem was the poor value. Taxes aside, there were nearly $200 worth of additional maintenance fees and surcharges that stacked up during our final booking. These charges doubled the net expense of staying for the weekend. And once we arrived and discovered the place wasn't as it had been described, we couldn't simply cancel our reservation and go someplace else ... because the cancellation fee was exactly equal to the base room cost for both nights of our stay. Just the facts - no editorializing.

  : Room is 20 years past due for a renovation. Shag carpet, ripped bedspreads, old bathroom.

  : One of the comforters was torn open and has safety pins and straight pins in it to fix it at the top where your neck is. Rather than charging $150+ for a cleaning fee for one room, above the cost of the room, fees and taxes, the host should set aside some money to buy new comforters.
