  : We were just passing through for one night, traveling for a family visit to TN., heading back to CT. It was old and charming. Decorated for Christmas. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and smelled nice. Requests were granted for rooms next to each other. Food from their pub was good.
  : The shower was in need of a new shower head. Water pressure was poor. No lock on bathroom.

  : This was my 2nd stay at Charlie's Motel, and both times were terrific. The manager is a humorous gentleman who is also very good at his job running the place. My room was large, clean, with refrigerator/microwave and complete with toiletries. Nice flat screen tv, bed was very comfortable, and slept very well.

  : Location was great as there aren't a ton of great places to stop across Pennsylvania in the mountains. As far as south goes, Frostburg is a little city and the price was excellent on the room. Charlie seemed great from the tiny interaction I had with him. Quite a lot of appliances + fridge as well which was nice.
  : Beds creaking and feeling broken, older ammenities, and it's clearly for people using the bar that can't drive home. Tv next door running all night at ungodly volume. Nothing to ride home about, nor did it all matter much. The value here is the proposition, so that means putting up with some of this stuff should be expected.
