: Really comfortable furniture and nicely selected Interior, it’s extremely close to the super market and al lot of the tourist attractions
: In the bathroom one of the lights wasn’t fixed and was just hanging above the sink, it wasn’t perfectly clean but that was okey (few stains on the mirror in bathroom, stains on the bedding…). Also the shower needs to be fixed as the water is coming out on the sides. Since it’s next to a busy street it’s also quite loud, especially in the morning but that’s just because of how centrally located it is.

: Room was immaculately clean. Nice roof terrace with views.
: Slight issue getting into my room as was given the wrong room number via the message. Had to ring the owners who couldn't really understand me. Air con didn't work.

: Communicating with the host was pretty easy. The apartment is well located and has an AC in the living room and the bedroom which was really helpful. The house cleaning service was great! As a point of note to others, the breakfast consists of a croissant, two bread buns (of different types), a slice of cheese and ham, one small tin of butter and jam, and a bottle of bottled juice. It’s the same everyday so be prepared and perhaps better to manage your own expectations. However, there is the continente supermarket right opposite so it’s easy to get some other things for yourself! They also provided one laundry washing detergent capsule which was really helpful! (not sure if this was left by the previous residents or if it was left by the host)
: Some suggestions to take the experience to the next level 1. Let guests know what the cleaning days are so that they know when staff will be entering the apartment2. If possible, could be beneficial to mix up the breakfast at times by adding some fresh fruit or other items (since the market Is down the road)3. I recommend continuing to leave one or two laundry capsules for guests to use since in the supermarkets there aren’t small laundry packets. Therefore, your only choice is to buy the large laundry detergent bags or capsules which doesn’t make sense for a short stay traveller.

: Great location, in the city center. Great rooftop.
: Only one elevator, and very slow and narrow.

: We stayed for three nights. The apartment was clean and fresh and lovely for a couple but travelling with children, too small. Bedroom is huge.Daily breakfast was a nice touch. Excellent location near the market and two supermarkets.
: Size deceiving, huge huge bedroom and tiny living room/kitchen. Fine for the price and a couple but not recommend for more than 2 people. Sofa bed very small, single. Very noisy at nice with street noise and an air con machine goes off at 6am from the supermarket over the road. One day I was getting out of a taxi and I was approached by the lady who sells the apartments. She said quite abruptly that she’d been trying get hold of me and she’d been waiting (I had no idea) she seems annoyed she’d be waiting as she had to give me a key as the door was broken. This wasn’t our fault and it was made out to be as if we had kept them waiting. I wasn’t very happy about this.

: Really nice apartments - well equipped with everything you need. I stayed in a studio and thought there was more than enough space for just me. Very clean and breakfast was delivered each day (juice, croissant and bread/cheese/ham etc). The ladies cleaning the apartments were lovely and did a fab job! I'd definitely recommend staying at the Travellers Pearl. Obviously can't comment on the Five Design but if its the same quality it would be a good find!
: I was due to stay at these apartments but actually ended up staying at their sister apartments, Travellers Pearl due to a plumbing issue. The staff were really helpful at moving me over and accommodating at making sure I was happy. Apartments were still lovely, however a bit further out of town. There was also nowhere to leave luggage past 2pm so not too great for a late flight, as it meant I had my bags with me all afternoon so didn't really get to enjoy the time.
