  : The room was a pleasant surprise, but most importantly the owner spoke very good English and had a great customer service manner. The soup in the restaurant was lovely and I will return again Im sure, thanks!

  : When you could find him, the manager was pleasant, even when not particularly helpful.Room was more comfortable a few hours after opening the windows, and the sun setting.Room was clean and beds were clean. Bathroon was clean, although somewhat antiquated.
  : 1. Difficult to find the manager/recepcionist. He works in a restaurant that appears to be closed. Residence consists of at least 2 buildings separate from the restaurant.2. WIFI didn't work at all (the network never showed up in the list of available networks) until after 0130 hours our first (and last) night.3. No A/C and no other ventilation. Uncomfortably hot at checkin since room had been closed up.4. Lot of construction work on the street where the residence is located. High dust level in the air.

  : Lots of bed bugs!!By checking in we did not see anything, but by returning in de evening they were everywhere .We did escape, bags under our arms, not let them join us on our way out.Phone the (very friendly) receptionist, he would look in to it right away.We booked an new place to stay, so they can solve the problem.Sorry for this, the place looks very identical and Portuguese.

  : The host was very nice, he shown us everything,also surprised with a nice breakfast in the morning.The place itself is very authentic and old, but everything is really nicely prepared and clean. Maybe it is not very cozy but it's something different for sure!
  : There was only hot water in the bath, but maybe it's not difficult to fix it :)
