  : A seamless check in taking virtually 2 minutes, a comfortable and quiet room,with very comfortable with quality linen beds, spacious bathroom, good breakfast brought in the room at 9 am as agreed.
  : After paying our bill the following morning we continued with our coffee when at 10 am. The breakfast lady, and I presume the cleaner as well, knocked at the door and pointing at her watch demanded that we shoud have left by now as it's past check-out time. I showed her our Booking.com confirmation message clearly stating that check-out time was 10:30. The lady in question ignored that confirmation and continued insisting in her rather loud manner that we should be out of the property, so about 5 minutes later we collected our belongings and exited wishing her a nice day while we felt virtually kicked out of the establishment. This has never before happened to us during our extensive travels and we felt that our whole day had been ruined by this type of attitude displayed towards their paying guests. In one sentence: We were looking forward to enjoying this visit in this fascinating old town but left very disappointed. In future we shall most probably stay on the other side of the river.
