  : I loved the location and the overall concept!
  : When entering the room we noticed it was not properly cleaned. (Photos) after one night we woke up the next morning to not one nor two but 3 HUGE roaches crawling around. I went to the front desk and was told that they couldn’t do anything but move me to another room without a manager. Front desk stated the manager would be in alter and have her give me a call. I wanted to change hotels due to the amount of bugs and uncleanliness. They would not refund me nor did the manager call me at all. They moved us to another room that was a king due to that “being all they had” but we had our kid with us so it was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we were traveling on a budget for a family party from Illinois and were unable to spend money out of pocket for another hotel. When finally talking to a manager at check out she stated she would give me a call. The manager refunded me 60$ for a three night stay. Ridiculous.

  : It's small, so don't have to walk excessively, great pool and veranda area and the location is superb

  : I didn't have to sleep in my car. The staff was nice.
  : The facility is old. It looks nothing like the pictures for advertisement. You can't cancel your reservation without losing your payment.

  : It was a good location and served our purpose for an overnight stop.
  : The bed was not comfortable, It was very hard and we didn’t sleep well. There was a strange smell from something nearby and smokers on the balcony did not help. It said there was free breakfast but that was false advertising.

  : Room was booked by me, for other family members for 4 night stay. I was not there. They said it was decent, convenient, clean.Staff was pleasant.
  : Beds uncomfortable, outside construction workers blaring music at 7:30 AM on Monday. They didn’t ask for room refresh till 2nd full day because of pet in room. They put pet into its cage, hung please service card on door but work wasn’t done; had to call desk for service.The $80 damage fee should have been included in the original booking.
