  : The view.
  : This hotel has a great potential but... it is a perfect example of how bad management creates bad teams, and that results in a bad customer experience. We have left them over 1700 and did not manage to get one smile in 11 days; moreove felt like we bother them (except for the cleaning lady Sima). We love Poros and go there every year since 10 years, and the reason we love it is hospitality of greek people, this hotel unfortunatelly is (bad) exception. Staff of this hotel is super rude and LAZY. Many reviews mentione rude staff, but we decided to ignore it.. big mistake!!! George (whoever he is, maybe a manager, never welcomed us) always has excuse for any bad review....he will probably write another long reply on this one. You want overpriced coffee at the beach? Well you will have to beg for it in this hotel, even for 3,5 frappe they don't feel they should bring it before you ask several times or go to the bar yourself. Your room has small issue and you call reception? Expect that long hair women to yell at you and problem will not even be solved. Be aware no view can replace kindness and they are a shame for usual greek hospitality. Beach is OK but they can do some effort too and clean it a bit. Breakfast really bad quality, and parking is an issue, especially if you have bigger car, inside parking is not convenient and anyway not enough space for all guests, so you will park at the street in front. Bad internet, so if you need to work better avoid it.

  : The staff was very accommodating and welcoming!! If you're lucky, you will be welcomed by Athina at reception! She is amazing & Very helpful.
  : Wifi needs some improvement. Very spotty when your outdoors. Rooms could use some upgrades.
