  : We were looking for a clean, no fuss hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

  : The grounds outside are very pretty and well-cared for. The cleaning ladies are very sweet and helpful. The restaurant staff are very nice and the food at the restaurant is good. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you have a room facing the pool, you have a beautiful view of the grounds and surrounding mountains from your balcony.
  : When we arrived, we were approached by the front desk manager (she never introduced herself.) She gave us our keys with little communication and she remained cold and unwelcoming for our entire stay. She made us feel as if we were a nuisance to her. The wifi works sporadically. Guests of the hotel cannot use the outdoor seating and pool area at all if the hotel has booked an event. During events, the music blasts until very late at night making it impossible to sleep.

  : Beautiful spot, the grounds, the location, the layout of the resort. Generous sized rooms and bathrooms.
  : The walls are very thin - some other guests were up til 3:30 in the morning which meant I was too. Beds and pillows need to be upgraded.

  : Beautiful grounds. Clean, comfortable and room was air-conditioned.
  : The noise. Every night had a function, which I understand is their specialty, and music was so loud til 1 am. Our room was just above the speakers. The dinner staff and front desk were nice. A Sr staff member was not very personal and welcoming. Dinner food was ok, not the best. Breakfast was very good. We needed an extra night and they had 2 no-shows, but could not tell us if we could stay. So we left for a night at Villa Casa Grande. The walking distance to the center of town was not an easy walk. All up hill and in the summer heat was difficult. We would probably stay there again, but may opt for the other hotel for convenience to the center and the festivities.
