  : First and foremost the train comes by every 35-45 minutes throughout the night! At 3:35 AM the train blew it horn and that topped it off. The flooring near the restroom has an issue where it felt like you sunk in when you stepped on the floor. There were two dirty towels on the rack. Luckily I always check the towels before I use them. Breakfast was ok . Nothing to be excited about.

  : Strong sulfur smell when we walked in. Approached in the parking lot by a homeless person asking for money.

  : The front desk was good. May helped us check out and work with the problems in our room.
  : THe television didn't work. They sent up someone qucily to fix, but he didn't get it to work. Not a huge issue because it was late. The bigger issue were the sheets in the bed. They had a huge brown stain on them. Unfortunately my husband didn't see it until the next morning because we dodn't have all the lights on and just crawled into bed.

  : They double charged me on my credit cardThe booking.com charge plus the charge for the roomThey did not give me a receipt because they stated it was because "it was charged through a third party "So checking on the credit card there was your charge (correct) and their charge for the same room and stay.Their charge is in dispute, but it seems like their charge was a fraud and the staff was a part of it.Also on checking in there was clerk was not at the desk for 15 minutes on arrival and a call was made to finally get someone to come to check us in.

  : The lock on the door (on my June16th stay didn't work. The television did not receive a signal. I moved to another room. The television did not have signal in the morning of the June 20th stay. The breakfast was skimpy. The pre-made (bought) sausage biscuit was soggy, and small.
