Beachside Bungalow with 2 Pools

  : The complex itself was sort of run down but I think that the pools were nice. They also had several grills and a few laundry rooms. It’s close to a crosswalk. The staff at the office was slow and overwhelmed but nice. The traffic at check in was unbelievable.
  : The condo was moderately clean but the smell of urine was very strong. The mattresses were uncomfortable and probably 30 years old. The had us remove all the bedding at checkout and I knew I was gonna be sick to my stomach when I saw what we’d been sleeping on. The pillows were old and sweat stained. Here’s the deal: DO NOT rent out a condo if you cannot provide mattresses, sheets and pillows that are clean and decent. Provide more towels than three also. Maybe and mop and broom and possibly some spare lightbulbs. There were 4 light bulbs burnt out. The condo needs some plugs that are up to code on the bathroom and kitchen replaced. A couple of battery operated smoke detectors would be a welcome sight to anyone. I wasn’t expecting the Hollywood Roosevelt but I was expecting a decent clean bed in a safe environment. Needless to say, I won’t stay here again. It’s a shame that the owner won’t put a little money into the place. They could rent it for more. The location is right next to the elevator and it’s on the first floor and you have a slight view of the ocean.

  : The room was outdated, and extremely dirty. Bed was old, creaky and uncomfortable. Mould and dirt around shower, vents filled with dust, light fittings covered in dirt. Owner should be ashamed to let this property out. Had to pay $ for a parking permit which I’m sure wasn’t in the main detail. Room was the furthest back from the sea, balcony overlooked car park. Awful. Avoid!

  : Location location location.hot tub..pool.very clean.apt..cute I would stay again. And be very happy! Owner lives on site
  : Toilet seat has some issues..no extra towels or stuff like shampoo or conditioner or some freebie snacks. Could not get tv to work. It would not pick up the wifi
