  : The Cove was a disappointment. After making the reservation I received an email stating there was work being done on the balconies and they were unsafe to use, also I would be required to sign a waiver upon check in. When I arrived, I could only contact the corporate call center, not the local office. They sent me the wrong door code, then forgot to send me the new one. Once I got in, there were wires hanging from the TV, The bedroom lamps cord was stretched across the room, lastly there was a roach in the middle of the floor. That was the final straw. I put the key back in the box and left. Again I contacted the corporate call center. I have yet to hear from the local management team

  : Nastiness, mold, mildew, cheap beds, smelled horrible. Rust throughout the bathroom. Sliding door blinds missing numerous panels. Horrible experience and will NEVER stay at that location or ANY Vacasa managed properties.

  : Condo needs to be updated. The bathroom tub and sink have bad rust stains. The bed in the room was a cheap bed from Wal-Mart with a 4-6 inch mattress, no box spring, very uncomfortable for a vacation stay. The bottom bunk bed mattress has what looks like blood stains all over it. The microwave above the stove was broken and taped up. the sliding balcony door was missing 6-8 panels, so no privacy.

  : The location was superthe staff was amazing , whoever cleans the room was despicable, their were two mattress covers that were stained with urine and blood!!!! The carpet had black stains on it . The cleaning cost was $141.00 I can clean a place better than that for that price!!!
