: No grill and rooms were dusty, sheets were not clean. Mosquitoes over the walkway to the beach was horrible - not property's fault, just part of nature

: Lots of space for a family reunion. Each bedroom had it's own bath.
: Dishwasher was broken and unable to be used. The staff attempted to have it replaced but was unable to due to staffing shortages at local stores.

: The air conditioner wasnt working, property is poorly maintained, damaged (dangerous)and unusable furniture, one bathtub had holes in it, black mold in air vents, outdoor shower not functional, outdoor water pipes leaked

: The house has 4 rooms and each room has full bath. Also there is one additional half bathroom on the first floor.
: Couple of things should be improved. 1. The house is for 12 people but the dining table is only for 4 people. 2. The chairs for this dining table are all broken and need to be changed. 3. The bathrooms should be cleaner. There is mold everywhere. 4. There is no grill. 5. The deck chairs could be better. Would be great to have those fixed.
